TULSA -- The caretaker of the 2-year-old child who died after being taken to the hospital with head trauma has been charged with homicide.
Police say Dominick Smith has now been charged with child neglect and homicide.
Officers say they found and arrested the boy's mother, Keyshawn Brown, for child neglect.
Police say one of them dropped a toddler off at Hillcrest Hospital with critical head trauma Monday.
Officers also arrested Johnny Earl Jones for neglect and child abuse by injury.
