Tulsa man accused of first-degree rape

TULSA - A Tulsa man is in custody, accused of first-degree rape after police say he answered the door with his genitals exposed and a nude woman on the floor behind him.

Officers were called to a home near Pine Street and Lewis Avenue around 11 p.m. Saturday.

When they arrived, officers were met by a woman who told them her aunt was being raped inside the house.

Police say they knocked on the door several times until it was answered by 53-year-old Tony Anderson.

Officers say Anderson's genitals were exposed through his unzipped pants, and a nude woman was crying on the floor behind him.

The witness and victim told police Anderson claimed he was going to have sex with the victim and then tore her clothes off, according to arrest records.

Anderson was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on charges of first-degree rape and outstanding warrants.
