Claremore man dies in two-car collision in Rogers County; William Cooper pronounced dead at scene

ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - A Claremore man is dead after a collision at an intersection in Rogers County Saturday morning.

The accident occurred around 7:15 a.m. when a truck headed west on EW/590 crashed into car traveling south on NS4250.

The car, driven William Cooper, 33, failed to stop at the stop sign and was hit by the truck on the driver's side.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Cooper was pronounced dead at the scene due to massive injuries.

The driver of the truck sustained no injuries, according to reports.
