Sunday Brunch: Becky Chapman's peach and white chocolate fondue

TULSA - Becky Chapman from The Melting Pot shares this delicious white chocolate fondue with a fruity twist.


  • 4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 pureed peaches
  • 1 teaspoon white chocolate liqueur



Combine the chocolate and cream in the top of a double boiler.  Set over simmering water.  Heat until the chocolate is melted , stirring constantly.

(Instead, you can combine the chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30-40 seconds.)

Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.

Pour into a warm fondue pot.  Add peach puree and liqueur.  Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh peach slices.  Keep fondue warm over low heat.
