Jeremy Foster, 2nd person charged with 2012 Best Buy murders, pleads to being accessory to murders

TULSA - The second person charged with a double homicide at a midtown Best Buy has accepted a plea deal.

Prosecutors say Jeremy Foster was with Willie Wise when Wise shot and killed Scott Norman and Graydon Brown in July 2012 during a "gang retaliation."  Brown was an innocent bystander while Norman was the target.

Police said Foster was in the car at the time of the shooting.  Surveillance video showed Wise approach Norman outside the store before firing multiple times.

Brown was struck by a stray bullet that entered the store.  Both victims died after being transported to the hospital.

Wise was convicted in March of two counts of first-degree murder and he was sentenced Monday to two life terms without the possibility of parole.

Foster was initially charge with two counts of first-degree murder; however, on Tuesday he pleaded guilty to two counts of being an accessory to murder after the fact for which he received 40-year sentences for each count to be served concurrently.
