Oklahoma State All American guard Marcus Smart shoved a fan at the end of OSU's upset-loss at Texas Tech Saturday night.
As the Red Raiders were capping a 65-61 defeat of the Cowboys, Smart fouled a Tech player driving to the basket; Smart ended up behind the baseline on his back, apparently was taunted by a fan, turned around and shoved the man, who was apparently middle-aged.
Smart received a technical foul and was ushered to the locker room.
"I'm still trying to figure it out," OSU coach Travis Ford said in the post-game press conference, adding that he had not seen video yet.
When asked for his reaction to Smart's shove, Ford also put off answering anything specific.
"I don't know what happened yet," Ford said. "I haven't seen it yet."
The Big 12 will conduct an investigation into the incident and a suspension could be a possibility.
