TULSA - The University of Oklahoma and Texas A&M University will face off in the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic on Jan. 4 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, University of Oklahoma officials announced Sunday.
The game will mark the initial bowl meeting between the two schools and the second time Oklahoma has competed in the Cotton Bowl, according to soonersports.com.
FOX will televise the contest to a national audience.
The Oklahoma State Cowboys will meet the Purdue Boilermakers in the Heart Of Dallas Bowl, presented by PlainsCapital Bank, Oklahoma State University officials announced Sunday.
The game will be held at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas on Jan. 1. Kickoff will be at 11 a.m.
The game will be televised by ESPNU.
Oklahoma State will be facing Purdue in a bowl for the second time, according to okstate.com.
The Boilermakers knocked off Oklahoma State in the 1997 Alamo Bowl in the only previous meeting between the two schools, according to okstate.com.
