Richard Goldberg, Harrington's neighbor, said he didn't realize his neighbor was the man in the center of an investigation in Tulsa.

"I read the story," Goldberg said. "I know about the dirty instruments. I know about people performing things they should not have. I know the rest of it now. I would say, from what's been reported, he doesn't seem to be admirable."

Goldberg said Harrington has been in his Arizona home for at least a week.

"I saw a red car going in and out," Goldberg said. "I heard some talking. Other than that, I don't know anything."

More than 400 of Harrington's patients were tested Saturday for HIV and hepatitis B and C at the Tulsa County Health Department as a precaution, health department officials said.

Anyone who was a patient at Dr. W. Scott Harrington's dental practice should contact the Tulsa County Health Department hotline at 918-595-4500 to speak to a public health representative about testing for hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV.
