Warrant issued for son-in-law of Adair County murder victim; $5,000 reward offered for information

ADAIR COUNTY, Okla. - The second person wanted for an Adair County homicide is still at large and investigators are offering a reward for information.

James Manken, 40, is the son-in-law of 71-year-old Wayne Wennerholm, who was found dead July 13.  The next day a first-degree murder warrant was issued for Manken's arrest.

Wennerholm's daughter and James Manken's wife, 27-year-old Janice Manken, is already behind bars for accessory to murder, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations.

James Manken was last seen in Gentry, Ark. and was believed to be heading toward Southwest City, Mo.

OSBI investigators are now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to James Manken's arrest.
