The State Attorney General, Scott Pruitt, is traveling around Oklahoma talking about major cases they are working towards.
One of the biggest involved the Common Core education standards.
He said the High Court’s decision to uphold the ban on Common Core was a big win for state lawmakers.
"The eight to one vote by the Supreme Court yesterday was an affirmation that the legislature is responsible for and had the authority to make sure they are governing policy when it comes to common education in the State of Oklahoma,” said Pruitt.
The Attorney General made a couple of stops in Green Country Wednesday.
