Police: Man shoots child porn at home

MIDWEST CITY, Okla. - Midwest City police say they found naked pictures of children on a 61-year-old man's computer, and that the man admitted to installing hidden cameras in his home.

Authorities say a worker at a computer repair shop was working on Owens' computer when the worker found a hidden file which appeared to contain child pornography.  Investigators say they examined the computer and located hundreds of images, some of which showed underage girls performing sex acts with an adult man.

Police say they also found files which appear to contain home movies of very young girls in Owens' home.

Investigators believe Owens both downloaded child porn, but was also using hidden cameras to make his own videos.

Police say one video shows a young girl, who does not appear to know she is being recorded, taking a bath and playing with a Barbie.

Investigators say there were also photos of young girls at a house's pool, and that some of those photos were zoomed in on the girls' private areas.

Owens admitted the photos were taken at his pool, in his own back yard, and that some of the girls pictured were relatives and their friends, police say.

Authorities have identified four victims so far, but there were thousands of images. Police fear they may contain more victims.

Owens is being held on child pornography charges.
