OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A municipal worker in Oklahoma city is accused of burning a cross in front of the home of his boss.
Oklahoma City police said Monday that 37-year-old Joshua Scott Brown was arrested on complaints of arson, endangering a person while committing arson and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.
Brown is accused of leaving the burning cross and a gasoline-filled bottle on his supervisor's lawn on Dec. 27.
Oklahoma City television station KOCO reports (http://is.gd/S8bKKb ) Brown's supervisor told police he suspected Brown, whom he'd recently disciplined.
Police say that when detectives searched Brown's home, they recovered materials that matched the same evidence found at the crime scene and saw singed hair on Brown's hands and forearms. It was unclear if Brown had an attorney.
