OKLAHOMA CITY - A controversial case involving the Oklahoma City Bombing wraps up.
Jesse Trentadue claims his brother was killed during an interrogation by federal agents when he was mistaken for a bombing co-conspirator.
Now Trentadue is suing for the records.
He claims there's a videotape that shows a Ryder truck pull up to the Alfred P. Murrah federal building and two people walking away.
"This is a case that began as one man's search for justice for his brother who died under what he believes is mysterious circumstances and it has morphed and involved into a conspiracy theorist's dream," said Darren Kaviniky, legal analyst.
The FBI insists the videotape does not exist
A judge is considering court briefs.
