Magnitude 3.0 earthquake shakes central Oklahoma

PRAGUE, Okla. - The U.S. Geological Survey is confirming a small earthquake rattled central Oklahoma overnight.

The magnitude 3.0 quake hit at 3:43 a.m., about  four miles southeast of Prague.

That's the same area affected by the record-breaking magnitude 5.6 earthquake last November.

Geologists say earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest felt by humans.
