2nd suspect arrested in Wagoner Co. cold case murder of Broken Arrow teen Jarret Clark

WAGONER, Okla. - Wagoner County Officials say a second arrest has been made in connection to the murder of a Broken Arrow teen nearly eight years ago.

Major Gary Handley with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office says 27-year-old Dayna Marie Hargrove Miller was arrested near Hulbert in Cherokee County on Friday.

Handley says Miller was arrested in connection to the murder of Jarret Clark.

Clark, an 18-year-old Broken Arrow High School student, was found dead in 2006 after leaving for a graduation party at Fort Gibson Lake. His body was recovered from the lake.

A first suspect, 24-year-old Courtney Manzer, was taken into custody on first-degree murder charges in Feb.

Miller was booked at the Wagoner County Jail on charges of conspiracy to commit first degree murder, murder in the first degree,  conspiracy to commit conspiracy after the fact in first degree murder and being an accessory after the fact
