The owners of Roosevelt's gastropub on 15th Street and St. Louis Avenue hope to open the place by the beginning of August.
"This is the only one of its kind in Oklahoma. There's nothing else like this," said one of the restaurant's partners, Josh Royal.
He said what makes this place different than other bars is the state of the arts system for controlling beer on tap.
Customers will be able to see when a keg is running out of alcohol in real-time on the screens above the bar.
"We've got 79 taps. Seventy will be beer and nine will be wine, ciders and cocktails," said Roosevelt's partner, Kyle Johnson.
Johnson and Royal said the new establishment is adding more than 70 jobs to the local economy.
Roosevelt's is located in a new, red-brick building that's part of a multi-million dollar development.
It houses two other restaurants, Noodles and Company which opened its doors last week, and Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe, which opens in October.
