TULSA - Officer Betty Shelby, the officer who shot and killed Terence Crutcher, turned herself in to the Tulsa County Jail Friday morning before posting bond.

Shelby arrived in an SUV that quickly pulled in through Sallyport doors that were already open when the car drove up.

Shortly after taking her mug shot she posted bond, and quickly left the jail about 20 minutes later.
