PHOENIX, Ariz. - The arrest of an Arizona State University professor is creating a lot of debate after she was thrown to the ground by a police officer during a situation that quickly escalated.
It began with the university police officer stopping the woman for walking in the middle of the street. He then asked for her ID.
Officers said Ersula Ore, the woman involved in the incident, then refused orders and a struggle led to her being thrown to the ground. Watch our video to see that caught on camera.
Authorities reviewed the tape and circumstances, then released a statement saying investigators found no evidence of inappropriate actions by the officers involved.
