It's been nearly two weeks since a major storm hit Arkansas and the flood still has not drained.
Homes and fields are still full of water in the aftermath of the heavy rains.
People living in the area are growing impatient, and farmers are worried their crops aren't going to make it, which means their livelihood is at stake.
"There's people who've lost half their crop and I honestly don't know how they're going to survive," said Mark Browning,Tri-County Farmers.
A local mayor says the ditch drainage system is causing the flooding.
State Senator Ron Caldwell said they're waiting for the Federal Government to declare the area a disaster.
