A Tulsa police officer was arrested early Saturday morning after pointing a gun at an area bar's employees.
According to a police report, 33-year-old Thomas Fees was forcibly removed from Oscar's Gastro pub near 18th and Boston following a disturbance around 1:30 a.m. Once outside, Fees pointed a revolver at several employees.
Officers found Fees across the street upon their arrival. He admitted to being intoxicated. Police recovered a revolver from his right pocket.
On Wednesday, Fees was formally charged with feloniously pointing a firearm, as well as carrying a firearm while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Tulsa police spokesperson Jason Willingham tells 2News that Fees is currently on suspension with pay pending the criminal court outcome.
