Last Update: 11/06/2009 10:41 pm
The suspect from the officer involved shooting Friday afternoon has turned himself in according to Tulsa Police.

Jenks East Elementary and Jenks Southeast Elementary were locked down Friday afternoon while Tulsa police searched for 20-year-old Zachary Labadie, who had attempted to run over two undercover police officers.

Tulsa Police say they were notified of a wanted suspect at a carwash near 93rd St and Sheridan Ave. As officers attempted to serve two felony warrants to the suspect, he attempted to run officers over in his vehicle.

Police fired two shots, which did not hit the suspect, and he kept driving.

The suspect then crashed in the area of 6700 E. 97th St., got out and ran away.

Labadie turned himself in just before 10 p.m. Friday night.
