The suspect has been identified in the early east Tulsa shooting that left one person dead on Sunday.
It happened around 6 a.m. at the Polo Club Apartments near 129th Ave and E 41st St.
23-year-old Tyrone Michael Fails waited on police to take him into custody and was booked on a complaint of first-degree murder.
According to police, the Fails called 911 saying that he had shot another 25-year-old male neighbor. EMSA pronounced the victim dead on scene.
Police say Fails and the victim had been in an argument earlier that morning. The victim's name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
