Shooting victim identified

Tulsa police said they found 41-year-old David Michael Jackson shot and killed in the area of 3600 S. 101st E Avenue. 

Police said Jackson was known to frequent the apartment complexes in the area of 3100 S. Mingo Road.

Detectives say they found a gun on the scene.
