A man was arrested after a police chase just after 2:00 a.m. Thursday.
It started when officers received a call of a man prowling around vehicles.
The suspect took off and ended up a mile away at his mother's house.
Police said he eventually gave himself up.
According to investigators, the car he was in was recently reported stolen.
