Moisture on most of the main roads is gone.

But, some overnight freezing is expected to cause some wet side streets to be slick.

City crews in Owasso have been working 24-hours a day.

They started focusing on neighborhood streets, Wednesday.

This week, the Owasso Public Works Department saw a new shipment of salt and sand; all in an effort to stay ahead of mother nature.

"We've used approximately 75-tons of salt and about 175-tons of sand," city official Tim Doyle said.

Owasso and many other schools are back open on Thursday.

Bluejacket and Oklahoma Union are the only districts which are closed on Thursday.

Make sure "Making Work Pay" works for you
