More money will be spent on mowing and graffiti cleanup in Tulsa.
Mayor Kathy Taylor requested that money be transfered from surplus funds.
That will allow a second graffiti removal crew that was eliminated several years ago.
The additional funds will also allow crews to mow all rights-of-way on arterial streets twice as often.
