Thousands lined up for H1N1 vaccine
The Tulsa Health Department plans to hold free walk-in clinics in various locations throughout Tulsa County as vaccine supplies increase. Additional upcoming walk-in clinics include:

  • Tuesday, November 17th from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Expo Square Exchange Center located at 21st Street between Harvard and Yale. Individuals should enter on the West side of the building.
  • Wednesday, November 18th from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Expo Square Exchange Center located at 21st Street between Harvard and Yale. Individuals should enter on the West side of the building.
  • Thursday, December 3rd from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Tulsa Community College West campus located at 7505 W. 41st St.
  • Saturday, December 12th from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Oral Roberts University located at 7777 S. Lewis Ave.
The walk-in clinic will be available to the following groups:

  • Children, adolescents and young adults ages 6 months - 24 years
  • Pregnant women
  • All healthcare and emergency medical services personnel
  • Any person who lives with, or provides care for, infants less than 6 months of age
  • Persons 25-64 years of age with chronic medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications
Those seeking vaccination are encouraged to:
  • Fill out paperwork ahead of time by downloading a vaccination form and bringing it with you
  • Wear clothing that allows for easy access to the arm for those receiving an injectable vaccination
Pregnant women are able to receive a H1N1 vaccination on a walk-in basis Mondays - Thursdays 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m. at the following locations:

  • James O. Goodwin Health Center located at 5051 S. 129th E. Ave.
  • Central Regional Health Center located at 315 S. Utica
  • Expo Square Health Center located at 4616 E. 15th St.
