The former chief investigator for the state Medical Examiner's office has been bound over for trial on one count of sexual battery.
Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson says Kevin E. Rowland was ordered to stand trial on Friday following a preliminary hearing in Oklahoma County District Court.
A multicounty grand jury indicted Rowland twice in July.
On July 20, Rowland was accused in Oklahoma County of touching a medical examiner employee in a "lewd and lascivious manner" and of making a sexually explicit statement regarding the employee's body.
On July 23, Rowland was accused in Tulsa County of kissing and groping two women who worked with him. A preliminary hearing on that sexual battery count is set for Dec. 17.
His attorney, Scott Adams, couldn't be reached for comment.
