A man released earlier this year from the L.E. Rader Detention Center in Sand Springs is now charged in the murder of a rader guidance specialist.

19-year-old Cedric Jackson is facing counts of murder and shooting with intent to kill.   Jackson was arrested earlier this month.

He's accused of killing 31-year old Jason Woodfaulk and wounding another man in North Tulsa on November 10th.

Investigators say Jackson was aquainted with the victim, but there's no proof a conflict between them led to the shooting

A preliminary hearing has been set for January.
