A high profile murder case could be dismissed.

Attorneys filed motions to have charges dropped against Marquis Bullcock.

They said there isn't enough evidence to prove that Bullock kidnapped and killed 13-year-old Cori Baker.

The State Medical Examiner's Office said we may never know exactly how Baker died.

They said they don't have enough of the 13-year-old girl's remains to determine the cause of death.

Baker's remains were found in March in Sapulpa, five months after she disappeared.

19-year-old Bullock is charged with first-degree murder.

Make sure "Making Work Pay" works for you
