Just for the record, this was closer to 31st & Garnett. Tragedies like this have become common place for this area. I know, I'm one of the few remaining home owners in the adjoining neighborhood. For anyone who reads this and lives in the area, I think it's past time we started reclaiming our neighborhood. It's time for Alert Neighbors and a Neighborhood Watch group! The hoods, thugs, punks, drug dealers and gangs need to go!!!

And if you let your impatience get the best of you when trying to get through some of those crowded intersections, it could set you back quite a chunk of change.
