TULSA - A jury found a Tulsa woman guilty on two counts of first-degree manslaughter for an accident in which a priest and a seminary student were killed.
Police say Keianne Shelton was southbound on Cincinnati in a Chevy Impala and ran a red light at 36 Street North, striking an eastbound Nissan Altima.
Father Jorge Gomez and Stanley Kariuki, a seminary student from Kenya, both 32, were in the Altima and both were killed in the collision.
Father Gomez was ordained as a priest just a month before the accident. Kariuki was a seminary student visiting from Kenya.
