TULSA - A woman is in jail Saturday after police found a burnt marijuana “blunt” in her car.
Police say an officer pulled over Brittany Serna of Tulsa, Friday night when he noticed she had her bright lights on and didn’t dim the lights for oncoming traffic, the car didn’t have a working tag light and the car was swerving in and out of lanes.
When the officer made contact with Serna he said he smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car and on her breath, according to the booking report. The officer said she had red, watery and bloodshot eyes and lethargic movement.
Serna told the officer she “hit the blunt” just before she drove, according to the booking report.
Serna was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail. She is charged with three counts of child endangerment, DUI/Drugs, failure to dim lights and defective or improper equipment.
