MUSKOGEE, Okla. – The cities of Porter and Okay were without water after road maintenance crews found an issue.
The City of Muskogee says crews were working at Highway 16 and the Arkansas Bridge when they discovered a malfunctioning valve.
Okay water was restored around 4 p.m. City officials say Porter could experience water outages for around two more hours.
