VIDEO: Midtown Tulsa Kum & Go robbed at gunpoint, TPD looking for 2 suspects

TULSA - Tulsa robbery detectives are searching for two suspects in an armed robbery of a midtown convenience store.

Police say two men walked into a Kum & Go near East 41st Street and South Peoria Avenue around 2 a.m. Tuesday. One of the men then walked outside and stood by the front door, police say, while the other placed items at the store counter, pulled out a handgun and demanded money.

The pair then left with an undisclosed amount of money taken from the register.

Surveillance images show the suspect who produced the gun is a black man, possibly in his early 20s, around 5 feet 6 inches tall and 140 to 150 pounds. He was seen wearing a black hooded jacket, a white T-shirt and black jeans.
