OKLAHOMA CITY - The state medical examiner has added a 22nd victim to the May 31 tornadoes and storms death toll.
Destiny Love Shrum, 4, is the most recent victim added to the list nearly two full weeks after the storms. Her cause of death has not been determined.

Eight children and 14 adults were killed when tornadoes and storms wreaked havoc on communities in central Oklahoma.
Most of the deaths are attributed to blunt force traumas and injuries, though several drowned after heavy rains caused flooding through the area.

The largest of the storms that day was an EF-5 twister near El Reno. According to the National Weather Service, the twister traveled more than 16 miles and was on the ground for about 40 minutes.
