TULSA - Tulsa's 35th annual Oktoberfest kicks off Wednesday with a special VIP night.
Vendors and ride operators are spending the day making final preparations before the event gets underway.
New to this year's Oktoberfest are a Euro Disco Friday and Saturday night, which will keep the festival going until 1:30 a.m., and dozens of art vendors from across the country.
More than 40 different domestic and imported beers are being served on 144 taps, and the whole family can enjoy music and food.
Organizers expect more than 60,000 people to attend.
Wednesday's event is for corporate VIPs. The festival opens to the public at 5 p.m. Thursday and continues through Sunday.
