Tulsa sex crime suspect pleads guilty, sentenced to 3 years in prison

TULSA - A man accused of a number of sexual assaults in midtown Tulsa waived a non-jury trial Tuesday, pleading guilty to all charges.
Brandon James, 24, was arrested in January after a sketch of a man suspected of touching woman inappropriately near a 41st and Yale shopping center and attempting at assault at a nearby park matched his description.
James was subsequently charged with five counts of sexual battery, one count of lewd molestation and one count of assault.
Following James' guilty plea, the Tulsa man was sentenced to three years in prison with credit for time served, followed by a five-year probation.
