Tulsa Public Schools enrollment starts July 7 located at 2819 S. New Haven Avenue

TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa Public Schools new Enrollment Center , located at 2819 S. New Haven Ave, will officially open beginning Monday, July 7, which is also the start of enrollment for the 2014-15 school year.

The new Enrollment Center for Tulsa Public Schools will officially be open starting Monday July 7.

Parents will be able to use the Enrollment Center for any of their children’s enrollment needs. It will have enrollment services including student records, Accountability Department, testing center and homeless student services.

As part of the Enrollment Center, individual schools will no longer enroll students. There will be a regional enrollment date throughout the district on July 21- August 1.

During the end of July there will be dates for students to receive free immunizations.

The new Enrollment Center offers a one-stop shop for parents to enroll their children in Tulsa Public Schools. The center not only houses student records and enrollment services but also the Accountability Department, testing center, ELL and homeless student services.

The Enrollment Center's address is 2819 S. New Haven Ave., just north of the Education Service Center off of 31st Street between Harvard and Yale avenues. The entrance is on the north side of the building (off 28th Street). Hours are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, except for school holidays.

Memorial High School

July 21: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

July 22: 2-6 p.m.

Webster High School

1919 W. 40th St.

July 24: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Academy Central Elementary

1789 W. Seminole St.

July 25: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

East Central High School

12150 E. 11th St.

July 28:  10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Hale High School

6960 E. 21st St.

July 29 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

McLain High School

4929 N. Peoria Ave.

July 31-Aug. 1, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

The only students who must be enrolled during the summer are students who are new to Tulsa Public Schools, not enrolled on the last school day or moved of out their assigned school's boundaries.

Students promoted from one school site to another, for example elementary school to junior high do not need to enroll. Students must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian and reside within the district.
