Tulsa Police Officer David Harrison arrested after sexual assault allegation

TULSA - An veteran officer with the Tulsa Police Department was arrested Tuesday night for domestic assault and battery.

According to the police report, the victim said she was sexually and physically assaulted by Cpl. David Harrison, 51, at his home in south Tulsa.

Investigators say the victim told them she and Harrison had been in a dating relationship off and on for about two years and she recently moved back into his house.

The victim told police as she was giving Harrison a back rub he became angry and assaulted her. She accused Harrison of several graphic acts before hitting her in the mouth with a liquor bottle. 

He was booked at the Tulsa County Jail on domestic assault and battery charges with $10,000 bond.

Harrison, a 25-year veteran of the TPD, is on paid administrative leave.
