Tulsa police have made an arrest in an October deadly shooting outside a midtown nightclub, where two people were killed.
It happened Oct. 12 at Hotspots, near 11th and Hudson, when a fight broke out at a private party.
Police say the fight moved to the parking lot and shots were fired.
David Muses and Marrico McGuire were both shot and killed.
Detectives believed at the time of the incident that the shooting was gang-related.
Friday, police arrested Marcus Miller, 23, on two counts of first degree murder.
“Miller was a focus of the investigation early on in the investigation,” said Tulsa Police Department Homicide Sergeant Dave Walker said in a release Saturday.
Investigators believe Miller was shot by someone firing into the crowd, and that shooter was an associate of McGuire.
Miller was in custody on previous charges Friday, when the murder charges were added.
The investigation is still ongoing.
