Tulsa police asking for community assistance in pre-Thanksgiving Walmart robberies

TULSA - Tulsa police are searching for two grand larceny suspects involved in a string of Walmart robberies the day before Thanksgiving.

Police say a man and woman between 25 and 35 years old stole "a large amount of cash" from cash registers in several area Walmart stores in a 4-hour span on Nov 21.

One of the suspects is described as a black man around 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, possibly wearing a light colored shirt, dark jeans and a blue hat.

The second appears to be a black woman around 5 feet 6 inches, weighing about 150 pounds. She was seen wearing a striped shirt, white jacket and dark pants.

Both were last seen leaving one of the stores in a silver SUV, possibly a Jeep Cherokee.
