The other woman, Michelle Ashlock, was found Tuesday at a midtown Tulsa apartment complex along with a car that was sought in connection with Shaver's homicide.
Police say Ashlock and another potential witness had visible signs of abuse when they were located.
Police say other people may have suffered at the hands of the suspects but they haven't released a motive for Shaver's death.
