A man accused of raping a woman near OSU Tulsa pled guilty to first degree rape Friday.
Police say Eugene Nunley, 43, raped a woman near the OSU Tulsa campus in September 2015.
At the time, Nunley was in the Creek County Jail on unrelated charges. After his release, Nunley was transferred to the Tulsa County Jail on the first degree rape charges.

Nunley is scheduled to be sentenced on October 12.
