TULSA - Another case of hepatitis B was confirmed in Oklahoma Thursday, the 78th positive hepatitis or HIV test tied to a Green Country dentist under fire for unsanitary working conditions.
The newest contraction marks the fifth person to test positive for hepatitis B, as well as 70 for hepatitis B and three for HIV.
To date, 3,837 ex-patients of Dr. Scott Harrington have been tested since the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry released a slew of complaints against the oral surgeon last month.

Officials with the Tulsa Health Department and the Oklahoma State Department of Health originally suggested around 7,000 former patients be tested.
Harrington closed the doors to his offices in Tulsa and Owasso following the news.
