Toddler killed in meth fire laid to rest Monday

TULSA - A toddler who was killed in a meth lab explosion two weeks ago is being laid to rest Monday.

The 15-month-old boy died Nov. 10 when a drug lab in his home caught fire.

The boy's father has invited Oklahoma lawmakers to attend the service.  He says he holds the legislature responsible for what happened after they failed to pass a bill requiring a prescription for pseudoephedrine.

Police say the boy's mother, Jennifer Jennings, was making meth with Jacob Bell and Jeffrey McBride when the fire started in the early morning hours of Nov. 10.

All three are charged with manufacturing meth.

Jennings and Bell are also charged with child neglect.
