Sketch of suspect in downtown Tulsa elderly carjacking, hit and run released to public

TULSA - Tulsa law enforcement released an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation sketch of a man Thursday they say carjacked an elderly woman downtown earlier this month, striking her with the vehicle as he pulled away.

The crime occurred near West 13th Street and South Main Street Sept. 5.

Robbery detectives describe the suspect as a black man in his early 20s, around 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds, who was wearing a white tank top and dark pants at the time of the carjacking.
