SAND SPRINGS, Okla. -- A Sand Springs man was arrested Monday, accused of abusing a child.
The city's childhood development center contacted police to report bruising on the child's arm.
Kyle Bowman said the child fell off the bed, but officials say the bruising on his upper body isn't consistent with a fall.
Bowman is being held at the Tulsa County Jail on $25,000 bond.
