ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - The body of a Rogers County dog found dead on a rural road has been exhumed.
Jetta, a black Labrador, was found dead Sept. 1, shot and bound in steel baling wire.
Even after a man came forward explaining it as mercy killing of an injured animal, several questions surrounding the case have yet to be answered.
Rogers County District Attorney Janice Steidley asked the sheriff's office to reopen the investigation earlier this month.
If you have any information about Jetta's death, please contact the Rogers County Sheriff's Office at (918) 341- 3620.
