TULSA - All lanes of Northbound Highway 169 reopened late Thursday night. Traffic was halted earlier in the day after after a power line and directional sign were damaged.
A truck was reported driving with a dumpster in the back carrying a large metal object that struck the power lines and a directional sign on Highway 169.
Two lanes on 21st near Highway 169 are also blocked due to downed power lines.
PSO Representative Ed Bettinger said 1,500 customers were out of power around 4:30 p.m. after a line fell down. Power has been restored to all customers as of late Thursday night.
